Building a Brand from the Ground Up

We began by conducting in-depth discussions with the owners to understand their vision for the shop, target audience, and desired brand personality. Based on these insights, we developed a brand identity that encompassed not just a catchy name (“Tea & You”) and a memorable logo, but also a consistent voice, tone, and visual style that would be reflected in all touchpoints with customers.

Building on the established brand identity, we then focused on crafting an immersive in-store experience that engaged all five senses. This went beyond simply selling tea; we aimed to create a journey where customers could taste the unique blends, smell the fragrant aromas, touch the smooth textures of our the store’s exclusive selection of tea, and learn more about tea types and history. To achieve this, we collaborated on designing the layout, selecting furniture and décor that reflected the brand personality, and showcased the tea selection in a compelling sophisticated manner.

Finally, we developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to reach the target audience. This included creating engaging social media content that resonated with the brand identity, designing eye-catching promotional materials that reflected the brand’s visual style, and exploring online and offline advertising opportunities. By working collaboratively with the owners and developing a holistic brand strategy, we empowered Tea & You to launch successfully and stand out in the competitive tea shop market. The brand is becoming a staple in Oman, with plans to expand across the region.
